About Us
The Marblehead Housing Coalition formed in the wake of Marblehead's 2024 town meeting during which the town narrowly chose to vote down its proposed 3A rezoning plan.
​
The opposition to that plan and its advancement of housing choice to Marblehead residents, old and new, demonstrated the need for a pro-housing group in town, and the Marblehead Housing Coalition was formed to bring residents together, share fact-based information, and advocate for community-driven development.
